Build the skills to do marbling all on your own by joining this class that teaches you new patterns and techniques while providing all the information you'd need to prepare your own marbling materials.  This class is for the paper marbler who has already been casually introduced to the craft and wants to pull back the curtain on what makes the magic work.  In this class you will:

In this workshop you will:

·      Create 20 marbled papers, 12” x 19”, with intermediate patterns and techniques.

·      Prepare your own papers and bath for marbling, an essential skill of the craft.

·      Mix your own colors for marbling.

·      Embrace your curiosity as the guiding force towards your voice in paper marbling.

1 Ticket to this event reserves your own marbling station, set of tools, and 20 marble-ready sheets of paper.

At the end of class, you may optionally continue the fun: if 20 papers aren’t enough, keep going at $5 per additional sheet. Stay as long as you like.

All art and marbling materials will be provided for you at the workshop.

BYOB if you’d like to indulge while you marble.

All materials are safe when handled properly, but let me know if you have an allergy or sensitivity.

This experience can be messy, please dress appropriately.  Aprons will be provided, or wear mess-worthy clothes.
